I found the yellow puffle in the cp theater, in the upper right corner. You could find it too by pointing your mouse arrow on one of the happy or sad puffles on top of the theater.

THIS IS HOW TO GET IT, GO TO THE SPORTS SHOP AND READ THE CATALOG. THEN GO TO THE PAGE WITH THE SURF BOARDS , THEN CLICK ON ALL THE FLOWERS ON THE PINK SURF BOARD. THEN CLICK THE PENGUIN WITH THE SURF BOARD. THEN CLICK THE STAR FISH THEN THE SEA SHELL NEAR THE PENGUINS FEET. THEN YOU GOT THE SILVER SURF BOARD.

PLUS WHEN YOU USE THE SILVER SURF BOARD, WHEN YOU SURF WITH IT, IT GOES FASTER THEN REGULAR SURF BOARDS.
